[272] Durley was raised by Clara Hadley Davidson until until she got pregnant again. Durley married Clara Zachary, his first cousin. Durley and Clara moved to Memphis where Durley worked in the Ford plant. It closed during the depression and Durley and family moved to Arkansas near the Zachary's who moved from Pontotoc Co MS to Arkansas. There they farmed for several years. The Ford plant reopened, Durley went back to work and was transferred to Illinois until he retired and moved back to Earle Arkansas.
