[1354] Frances was the third wife of Isaac Hudson Kelso. After he died, it is possible that she was young enough and married Isaac Newton Kelso, her stepson. One of her granddaughters, Ozell Kelso Robbins, remembers her as grandmother married to Isaac Newton. There is a marriage record of Isaac Hudson Kelso marrying Frances Sylvester Organ. I have not found a record of Isaac Newton marrying her.
